Name:  Brennan Gary Proctor a.k.a.  Uncle Brutha

What’s your favorite food?

"Politically correct" answer? Or, "for real, for REAL!" answer? PC = Grilled veggies over steamed cauli-rice;  for real, for REAL!! = RIBS!! (Pasture raised, of course!) ;-)

What are some of your favorite movies?

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon; The Transporter (the original, European version;) Star Wars (ALL of them!) What else... umm.. OH! LIMITLESS!! That one, at least for me, had a VERY powerful message; in a round about, kinda sorta way...

What’s one of the scariest things you’ve ever done?

There's this attraction at Six Flags Magic Mountain outside L.A.. I don't recall its name but it was this CRAZY high, human SWING! D'at m'ufokka was HIGH as Shyitt!! Can't remember how many stories...  iono.. 10 maybe.. Did it with my sisters' friend Terace.  You see.. I DON'T LIKE HEIGHTS!! But.. she said if I did it, she would do it... I took the dare! My sister thought we were full of it; even offered to pay for it if we did it. (what she haf'ta go n'say dat for!!) Now.. when I tell you it was high.. I mean.. It was really HIGH! (Did I say it was high??) I think I remember being able to see L.A. from the top (well.. maybe not that high..) But it was HIGH!! . We were strapped into a two man harness and a cable pulled us to the top; Terace covered her face and wouldn't even look.. the WHOLE time! And back then...she was An OFFICER OF THE LAW! Carried a gun for a living! As we were going up, I held on tight; but once they counted me down, I pulled that latch.. and Baaabaaaay.. lemme tell you... we dropped into a Free Fall (just for a second or two..) and my hands shot out like I was Super Man!! The cable swung us back and forth about 30 or so feet above the ground. No doubt...  I was skerred going up, but for me; that was one amazing experience! Still don't really like heights very much, but I reflect on that experience when I'm feeling a little anxious about climbing a ladder to clean the gutters on my moms house.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Most proud of.. hmm.. actually, I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with quite a number of things so far. A few of my favorites include, performing with the Jamaica National Symphony; creating my two UncleBrutha' ALLSAUCE products and bringing them to market; and FINISHing a Marine Corps Marathon. But I'm not done yet. Ask me again in another 20, 25 years. ;-)

Who are some people you’d like to meet someday?

This may sound strange but, I'm not sure if I really have an answer for that. I found out a long time ago that it's not a good idea to speculate on what people might be like. The 'expectation' always leads to disappointment if the person is not at all like I might have imagined. And in order to answer this question I would have to speculate on what I think  certain people might be like. I'd rather consider how fortunate I am for the many wonderful people I've already met in my life and look forward to the many more that have yet to come.

What’s your favorite part about today so far?

This moment.. RIGHT now.. Best part of EVERY day..

What are some of your major goals in life?

Be the best ME that I can be TODAY; better than I was yesterday; not as good as I'll be  tomorrow.

If you could learn one random skill, what would you learn?

Computer Code!

What’s the first thing you notice about people?

It's different with every person.

What’s the biggest personal change you’ve ever made?

Mph! Still working on that one!

What’s one of your favorite questions to ask new friends or to get a conversation going?

Hmm.. hard to say. I think the questions I may ask depend a lot on the energy of the other person/people I'm with.

What final thoughts would you like to share?

I just would like to say Thank You for being one of those 'Wonderful People' I've had the pleasure of meeting! You've been a joy to know and an inspiration to observe as you've Harnessed your Superpower™ . Keep on spreading more light by doin' what you do my sista!
